Founded in 2008, Solers Research Group, Inc. (SolersRG) began as an independent think tank and has since evolved into a dynamic provider of research, training, and workforce solutions. Our expertise spans human performance studies, training modernization and development, and the strategic placement of skilled professionals in technical and professional roles. We remain committed to advancing adult learning through ongoing research and innovation.
Under the leadership of Carolyn Kinsell, PhD, our CEO, SolersRG, is guided by a mission to deliver high-quality, cost-effective training and development solutions tailored to meet our client’s evolving needs. To achieve this, we are a member of the Microsoft Government Community Cloud and have a third-party assessed NIST 800-171 compliance score of 109 out of 110, demonstrating our commitment to cybersecurity and data integrity. Finally, we have an adequate accounting system, as determined through audit, supporting our ability to manage various types of contracts as the Prime.
